Mark Metternich is a professional landscape photographer for almost 16 years who has spent most of his time living mobile on the road.

With a great passion for fine art landscape his work and has attracted a wide audience around the world,  been widely published and has won various awards.

Mark's unique brand of adventure photo tours across the western US and abroad has led him to spend as much as 300 days a year on the road. 

Learning and teaching is another of Mark's great passions and is evident in his  many post-processing training videos, as he  teaches post-processing (via Skype online screen sharing) is a freelance contributor to a number of photography publications, does post-processing/print work for a wide variety of fine art clients as well as travels for public speaking/teaching to other photography professional, industry engagements and hobbyist groups.

Mark is considered a pioneer in the digital nature photography genre and called by many legendary digital imaging specialists.  He is a master gallery printmaker who loves teaching as much as he enjoys producing fine art.

Marks fine art, limited edition landscape gallery prints are found sold to a wide array of people, businesses, and organizations around the world.

Humanitarian work is dear to Mark's heart and throughout the last 20 years has had a special connection to the work of Good Samaritan Ministries.  Through this counseling based 501C3 organization Mark has traveled to Uganda several times and on one specific trip, he stayed over three months.   To see more about this work and Mark's images click here GSM UGANDA
